The Conference Center consists of two lodges, the North
Lodge and West
Lodge. They are contemporary structures with numerous amenities
and a capable staff dedicated to meeting a guest's every need. The
lodges are secluded by surrounding trees, overlooking the James River,
yet within comfortable walking distance of the historic manor house.
With an atmosphere of gracious country living, the center creates
an excellent setting for relaxed productive meetings and team building.
The 1,176 square feet of conference space is flexible to suit a variety of needs. The formal meeting space consists of one large conference room and two smaller breakout rooms. Other less formal locations can be arranged in the library, one of the two great rooms, or a beautiful Florida room. Fax machines, copiers, flip charts and clerical assistance complete the support services. Together we design the conference experience that will best meet your very specific meeting objectives. From lodge assignment… to recreational and activity selection… to menu preparation - we work with you to construct the perfect meeting environment to match your particular vision.
