Luncheon Selections

For the vegetarian, we will be delighted to honor your special dietary needs or special menu requests. These meals will be planned on an individual basis.

  Family Style Country Lunch:
(Maximum 18 people)
Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, cole slaw, corn on the cob (in season), cornbread and hushpuppies. A hearty country lunch!
Soup/Salad/Deli-Bar:

A salad bar with a variety of deli meats, breads and cheeses, along with a freshly made soup of the day. A good choice for lunch when a group is just arriving and not eating at the same time.

Turkey Croissant: A warm croissant with shaved turkey breast and melted baby Swiss cheese - usually served with lettuce, tomato and crispy french fries.
Mesquite Chicken Breast: Fresh boneless and skinless breast of chicken marinated in a mesquite sauce and cooked over a charcoal fire - served as a sandwich with french fries and cole slaw or as a plated meal with 2 fresh vegetables.
"New" Reuben Sandwich: Pastrami, turkey, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing served on a croissant - our own creation.
Salad Plate: A cold plate combination of shrimp, chicken and potato salad.
Fish & Chips: Bite sized pieces of haddock lightly breaded and deep fried to a golden brown - served with fresh fries and cole slaw.
Reuben Sandwich: A traditional Reuben served on rye bread.
Philly Steak Sub: A traditional sub with choice beef, grilled onions, peppers and topped with cheese.
Hot Roast Beef Sandwich: An open faced sandwich topped with a rich brown mushroom sauce.
Hamburger/Cheeseburger: The All-American favorite - 85% lean ground beef cooked over a charcoal fire and served on a bun with french fries and cole slaw.
