Wild duck breast marinated in our special sauce, wrapped in bacon and grilled over a charcoal fire.
Stuffed Mushrooms:

Large mushroom caps, stuffed with sausage or crabmeat and lightly broiled.

Pot Stickers: An asian-style dumpling, served with a spicy dip.
Grilled Shrimp: Large gulf shrimp wrapped in bacon and broiled.
Sweet & Sour Meatballs: Meatballs simmered in a tangy sauce.
Beef Wellington: Bite sized pieces of select beef tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry and lightly broiled.
Fruit & Cheese Tray: An assortment of cheeses cut in small blocks and arranged on a tray with slices of fruit.
Chicken Salad Tarts: Home made chicken salad stuffed in a small pastry shell.
Shrimp Cocktail: A traditional bowl of steamed shrimp presented with a spicy horseradish sauce.
Fried Scallops: Sea scallops lightly rolled in a special seafood mix and fried to a light brown. Served with tartar sauce.
Fried Oysters:

Select oysters lightly rolled in a seasoned flour and quickly fried to maintain a juicy quality. Served with horseradish or tartar sauce.
